Winner, Winner Chicken (or Fish) Dinner!

Looking for a quick and easy lean protein recipe* with fantastic flavor? This is a “topping” that can be used on fish or chicken. Batch makes enough for 4.
In a small bowl combine:
¼ C light mayo, ¼ C reduced fat parmesan, 1 T light margarine, 2 T lemon juice, and 1 T dried basil.
Spread on chicken or fish and broil or bake. Serve with tossed salad and baked potato for an easy, filling supper.
