Dec. 8: Southwest Florida's Got Talent!

The first Southwest Florida's Got Talent! will begin at 5 p.m. Dec. 8 in the Upstairs VIP Room at The Edison Restaurant, 3583 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers. Winners will be announced and celebrated at 7:45 p.m.. Anyone with talent may register to perform and compete for prizes valued at up to $850, including a three-night, four-day, cruise for two. No registration fee to enter the talent contest. Celebrity judges include Jackie Figueroa of Univision, Mayela Rosales of Azteca America, Karina Borgia of Borgia Law Firm and Kevin McCauley of GHP Sports. Martin Ycaza, star of En Casa Con Martin Ycaza on Telemundo, will be the celebrity emcee. Contestants and guests pay just $10 for admission, which includes a hot appetizer buffet, open networking, giveaways, talent show, celebrity judging and 2-for-1 drink specials.
