The Charlotte County Sheriff's Warrant Squad arrested Phillip Richard Khork, 26, of 581 Michigan Ave., Grove City, for selling marijuana to undercover narcotics agent on March 24 and 27. The transactions at that time were from his Boundary Boulevard apartment in Rotonda West. Narcotics detectives said the combined total of purchases was over 54 grams. The marijuana was sent to an FDLE lab and confirmed for weight and contents. An arrest warrant was issued but Khork left the area. He was finally located Monday afternoon and charged with two counts of sale and delivery of marijuana, two counts of possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
