The Preferred Community Bank, 2511 Lee Blvd., Lehigh Acres, reported an armed robbery at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday.
Witnesses told police two black males wearing masks entered the bank, displayed firearms and demanded cash. The teller complied and the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported during the robbery.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office Robbery Unit is assigned to continue the investigation.
