Taking time off for holiday cooking and guests, fewer players competed during Thanksgiving week at Boca Grande Duplicate Bridge Club.
Hilari Fix and Barbara Jenkins took advantage to widen their Ace of Clubs-leading point total to 7.56 ahead of 5.9 for Anne Birgbauer. The monthly Ace of Clubs title goes to the player(s) compiling the most masterpoints and there are two matches left this month.
New faces in the winners circle this week included: Janet Laudenslager, Sally Brust and Renae Baker.
