$4.75M Jose Gaspar Drive listing sets Boca pace

A $4.75 million home at Jose Gaspar Drive leads all new listings in property value this week but three other multimillion-dollar properties are newly available on Boca Grande.

The Lee County Property Appraiser Data Services Department and the Multiple Listing Service posted the following property sales through January.

New listings, closings and price changes from Boca Grande, Placida and Cape Haze are also listed.
