The Charlotte County Sheriff's Street Crimes Unit and Narcotics Unit detectives arrested three people at the Englewood Beach Complex March 15 after receiving complaints of underage drinking and drug use by spring breakers.
There have also been vehicle burglaries at the Englewood Beach Complex consisting involving unlocked vehicles. In five hours police made seven contacts for possible underage drinking, three arrests for possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and one arrest for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
CCSO deputies say they will continue to monitor underage drinking at the beach.
