Dear Strawberry Festival Friends:
Thank you so much for your generous support of the 2012 Strawberry Festival!
We appreciated your advertising the event in the Gasparilla Gazette and in your shops and restaurants. The giving of your time, effort and talent was a crucial ingredient to our success!
And, of course, without your attendance and financial support, we would not have been able to raise the money for women and children in need that we did. We are acutely aware that it is the community that makes the difference in a fund-raiser!
So we have kept the community in mind as we have evaluated and chosen the recipients for a little more than $50,000 raised this year.
After our United Methodist Women have their wrap-up meeting where the recipients will be announced, we will publish this years' list of recipients.
How can I say thanks for all you have done? To God be the glory, great things he hath don.
