A memorial service for Dick Wetmiller will be held at the Lighthouse United Methodist Church of Boca Grande, Gilchrist and W. Third Street, at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, June 3.

Dick and his wife, Shirley, moved to Boca Grande in 1991. Both served in a number of leadership roles at the Lighthouse United Methodist Church and also became familiar figures on the island.
