Six months into 2012 Gasparilla Island real estate sales have already virtually matched the entire calendar year of 2011 property transfers.
Island-wide sales have totaled $85.3 million on 64 closings for an average property t6ransfer cost of $1.332 million per transaction.
The $10.5 million March 2 residential sale at 3561 Shore Lane has been the most affluent property moved.
