A North Port woman was arrested by Charlotte officials Thursday after she was released from the Sarasota County Jail in Venice.
Holly Christine Young, 28, 11402 Maltz Ave., will face burglary, possession of burglary tools and grand theft charges for a June 30 home burglary in Port Charlotte.
Police say a home burglary in the 22300 block of Elmira Boulevard was reported when the family found a woman inside their home and a door forced open. When confronted, the woman reportedly ran outside to her brown 1995 Cadillac.
