Effie Joiner topped 13 young anglers in the BoMo Fishing Tournament Sunday competing off seven boats in the Boca Grande Pass.

Steyer keeps the competition going for young island anglers.

"I collect all the prizes and money donated and it goes right back to all the kids," she said.
