The Rev. Michelle Lyn Robertshaw is succeeding The Rev. C. Read Heydt.
Robertshaw and retired priest Father Vincent Scotto will assist Heydt. Scotto will have pastoral oversight in August while Robertshaw is settling into the rectory next to the church on Gilchrist Avenue. Robertshaw was most recently assistant rector at Holy Family Episcopal Church in Chapel Hill, N.C.
During Heydt's tenure from 2005-12, St. Andrew's grew to parish status from mission and completed a major renovation of the church campus.
Some parishioners are planning to fly down for the occasion, including members of the Vestry and old friends. Bagpiper Gary Reinstrom from Sarasota will also appear.
