The incident occurred round noon on Tuesday as the 19-year-old and a 12-year-old girl walked from the Bernwood Trace Apartments in the 9800 block Bernwood Place Drive to the Wal-Mart. When they were near the church at 9550 Six-Mile Cypress Parkway, which is between Wal-mart and Bernwood Trace, a white male driving a white, unknown make sport utility vehicle approached them.

The man appeared to be in his 20s, and had dark hair with a spiked design.

He asked, "How are you doing?" to the 19-year old. When she turned to look at him she saw that he was exposing himself. The 12-year old did not see the incident. The teen told the girl to run, and they both ran to Wal-Mart.

The only description of the vehicle is a white SUV.
