Charlotte County Community Services will re-establish parking fees at county-operated beaches and boat ramps Aug. 1.
New pay stations have been installed and receipts will no longer be placed on dashboards. Parking fees are 75 cents per hour.
Park only in a numbered space, go to the pay station and enter space number, use exact change or credit card for the amount of time and press the green button. A receipt will show when time will expire. Keep your receipt.

Annual and seasonal passes may still be used. Annual pass costs $53.50, a seasonal pass for three months is $26.75 and a six-month pass is $37.45.
Passes may be purchased at any of our Recreation Facilities and Pools, County Tax Collectors Office and Mid County Regional Library Administration Office. Call (941) 625.7529.
