Charlotte County students return to school Tuesday.
"I ask motorists to be especially cautious in observing school zone speed limits, school bus laws when picking up or dropping off students, and yielding to students in crosswalks," said Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron.
The CCSO and LCSO will increase enforcement in all school zones this week to ensure students safety and compliance with the law.

Road deputies will be looking for school bus law violators. Children in the vehicle should be properly bucked up, too.
