A sobriety checkpoint in Lee County beginning Friday, Aug. 17, at North Cleveland Avenue (U.S. 41) and Hancock Bridge Parkway in North Fort Myers, Florida resulted in six DUI arrests of 1,050 vehicles checked.
All vehicles traveling north on North Cleveland Avenue were checked between 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
