Deputies contacted Lowe who reportedly said he was waiting for his former girlfriend to leave her home so they could talk and he wasn't leaving until he talked to her. Deputies asked him to leave several times but he refused.

Lowe was arrested for misdemeanor stalking and taken to the Charlotte County Jail where he posted a $1,000 bond and was released Sunday. The alleged victim told deputies she and Lowe never dated but had been friends for about two years and Lowe doesn't like her new boyfriend.

Monday morning she told police Lowe started calling and texting her again and three tires on hr SUV had been punctured. She said Lowe drove by her home at least 10 times. Deputies reported 29 calls and text messages were on her phone from 1:33 a.m. to 9:24 a.m. Monday from Lowe. While speaking to the victim, her phone rang; the deputy answered and told Lowe not to call her again. The phone then rang three more times while the deputy was conducting the investigation.

Lowe was taken back into custody at 11:30 a.m. Monday. Lowe said he had been dating the victim for about two years and denied threatening her or anyone else. Lowe was taken to the Charlotte County Jail where he remains on no bond.
