The Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce reaches out to its membership each season to participate in nominating the Boca Grande Chamber Board of Directors.
The five-member chamber nominating committee will submit nominees to fill vacancies when necessary. Any new officers and directors will be announced at the annual meeting in January.

The nominating committee will carry out their duties as directed in the bylaws of the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce, which can be found on the Boca Grande Chamber website under the tab Join the Chamber or you may request a copy of the bylaws from the Chamber office by calling (941) 964-0568.
This process is an important part of being a member of the Boca Grande Area Chamber of Commerce to ensure that the Board fairly represents the membership and continues to make decisions that reflect the goals of our mission of fostering the development and prosperity of our member businesses and positively affecting the quality of life for all residents.
