The Charlotte County Sheriff's Warrant Squad arrested a Grove City man Tuesday on a warrant stemming from an undercover buy of methamphetamine.
Andrew Michael Nemechek, 28, 8319 Roosevelt St., was charged with sale and delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a church and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Narcotics detectives said Nemechek sold $175 worth of methamphetamine (3.1 grams) in an undercover buy July 18 at his home, which is 670 feet from the Church of God, 5225 Placida Road.

Nemechek remains in the Charlotte County Jail on $56,000 bond.
