Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron said today a second murder suspect has been arrested in the Oct. 1, 2001, murder of 19-year-old Tara Sadarovich.

Phillip Gavin Barr, 43, was arrested without incident at 10 a.m. at 68 Pine Drive in in Hardwick, Vt., where he was living with a woman. As U.S. marshals approached the home, Barr ran out the back door where he was met by other U.S. marshals. A search of his home reportedly located two rifles.

Barr was booked on the Charlotte County warrant for first-degree murder. It is not known when Barr will be returned to Charlotte County.
