Charlotte County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit detectives arrested a Rotonda West man Tuesday morning. Mark Allen Kapuscinski, 53, 97 Broadmoor Lane, has been arrested 44 times with 22 felony convictions.
Acting on tips and multiple calls for service to the home, detectives began their investigation and obtained a search warrant. Detectives searched his home and reportedly located the following: Baggies with 55 Hydromorphone pills, 4 morphine pills and 0.5 grams powder cocaine; plate with 6.5 grams cocaine and various drug-using paraphernalia.
Kapuscinski was charged with trafficking in Hydromorphone, possession of Cocaine, morphine, drug paraphernalia and ammunition by a convicted felon.
